Graphite Lab is reviewing candidates for summer 2017 internships! The program runs from May 15 – August 11th. General hours on site are from 10AM – 4PM Monday through Friday, but will be negotiated around school or other work schedules for the right candidates.
We’re offering 2 ART internships, 1 PROGRAMMING internship and 1 GAME DESIGN internship!
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION IS APRIL 28th.
Because of the nature of what we do, there is a ton of education that goes into each GLI intern. We teach each intern about principles of game development from the pitch process, through concept development, production, and release.
Interns will work together to produce a game of their own in Unity with coaching from our staff.
As such, GLI internships are unpaid. However, selected candidates will be coached by our team using real game project scenarios for variety of clients both large and small.
We will provide support for students who are seeking college credit for their internships.
For a glimpse of what it’s like as an intern here, you can take a look at the video below which was commissioned by Maryville University and features some testimonials from some of our intern alumni.
